Heaven is fantastic! She has been cleaning my vacation rental property regularly for a year and is the most trustworthy and professional person you could hope to have helping you. I feel she treats my house as if it were her own property. She always does her best and she has become crucial part of my ability to rent out my property. I highly highly recommend her.

-
Heaven is professional and efficient. She responds quickly and provides an estimate she backs up. She did a deep clean on a house our family member was moving from. Her team cleans it ALL! Baseboards, window sills, appliances (down to removing the knobs), bathrooms, etc. Highly recommend her for weekly maintenance or deep cleans!
-
We are so grateful to have found Heaven to help clean our parents’ home. Following our mother’s stroke, it became essential to have someone dependable and trustworthy to help maintain our parents’ home. Heaven and Alexis exceeded our expectations in every way. They are consistently reliable, thorough in her work, and demonstrates great attention to detail. The house is always left in excellent condition after her visits. Her professionalism, kindness, and care have brought our family much-needed peace of mind during a challenging time. We highly recommend her services without hesitation.

Heaven and her team are very thorough and really put heart and soul in to their work! Will absolutely work with them again!
About Heaven Scent
Bringing a Touch of Heaven to Every Clean
Founded by Heaven Klotzle, Heaven Scent Cleaning Service LLC was created from a passion for making clean, comfortable spaces that bring peace of mind. After ten years as a server, and as a wife and mother of two, Heaven started the company in 2023 to provide dependable, high-quality cleaning services to the Morganton community.
Her roots in the industry go back to 2010, when she worked for another cleaning company and built lasting friendships she still values today. That same spirit of trust, care, and attention to detail continues to define Heaven Scent — where a clean space means a clear mind.
